Currently, if you are trying to play ForeVR Bowl with multiple different devices, they most have separate Facebook accounts. You may be able to play the game separately on each headset, but you cannot play against each other in multiplayer.

For example, If you have 2 devices and 1 account, we recommend turning on Multiple Accounts, creating a second Oculus account and then using App Sharing (which ForeVR Bowl supports). We will be supporting this in game in the future, but until then you are able to use Oculus' resources:

With Quest 2 and Quest, you can add up to three additional accounts to your device. The admin account on the device can add additional accounts in-VR. All accounts will need to login with Facebook to have their own unique account and profile.

How do they work?

Additional accounts will be able to install and use apps that they have purchased from the Oculus Store, as well as apps purchased by the admin account if app sharing is turned on. Additional accounts can save their own app progress, media files and make use of social platform features like Parties, Leaderboards and Achievements, as well as creating and customizing their own avatar. Apps installed by additional accounts won’t take up extra storage space on the device if the admin account already has the app installed.

To add additional accounts to your Quest 2:

  1. Press oculus icon on your right Touch controller to pull up your universal menu.
  2. Hover over the clock on the left side of the universal menu. When Quick Settings appears, select it to open the Quick Settings panel.
  3. Select  Settings in the top right corner, then select  Accounts.
  4. Select  Add Account in the top right corner.
    • If you don't already have an unlock pattern set up for your headset, you will be asked to create one before adding additional accounts to your device.

  5. Select Continue, then hand the headset to the other person to add their account to your headset. They will be guided through the initial setup including logging into Facebook, adjusting headset fit, and setting up Guardian.
Once you’ve added an additional account to your Quest 2, you can share eligible apps from your admin account with additional accounts on the device by turning on App Sharing.

To turn on App Sharing from your device:

  1. Press oculus icon on your right Touch controller to pull up your universal menu.
  2. Hover over the clock on the left side of the universal menu. When Quick Settings appears, select it to open the Quick Settings panel.
  3. Select  Settings in the top right corner, then select  Accounts.
