We're sorry to hear that you're having issues logging in to the game! Don't worry, there are several options we can try.
First, try to delete the app data from the storage settings as shown in the screenshot below. To do this, go to Settings, head to Storage, and click the icon shown in the screenshot. After that, please open the game again and see if it fixes the issue.
If you still can't log in, please uninstall then reinstall the game. If that doesn't work, try using your phone/mobile data as a hotspot to at least load into the game. After successfully loading into the game, you can switch back to wifi.
