Finding the perfect throw is a combination of stance, follow through (which includes your hand staying in tracking of your headset, not out of view for more than 2-3 sec).
While there are some balls designed to avoid gutters, literally called Gutter Avoiders there are a few more balls that players find are most likely to hit pins.
Try adding some of these balls to your arsenal to see what suits your throw style the best and if you find your throw still guttering, ensure you are keeping your hand in view of your headset (you might have to look down slightly and bring your arm further forward than feels natural) upon release.
