You can leave the game by pausing the game and selecting “Exit Application.” To pause the game press the Menu (button with three lines) on the left controller.
Or you can press the oculus button and then press “Quit.”
If you want to leave a multiplayer party you need to pull up the party menu from within the game’s pause menu and select “Leave Party”.
