Choose a beginner ball
Beginner Blast is a great choice! It’s the red one.
Some balls have the attribute: gutter avoider. But don't worry... It doesn’t help you cheat. You can still throw gutter balls if you have too much spin/throw too fast/or , there’s just a slight shift near the gutter, a little extra help. Each one has other attributes listed on the display menu you will see when you pick the ball up.
Start your roll with the ball in front of your face
Get in a professional bowler position, holding the ball proudly, in front of your face. It will help you have a better roll and it looks cool. When you bring the ball back, use a fluid motion and swing forward in one motion. Doing this helps the ball stay on track. Don't let your hand out of your "sight" for too long or you risk losing tracking.
How to avoid the gutter?
The Red Ball has a little spin when it approaches the gutter for the first time on every throw. Check out the Bumper Paradise lanes to play with no gutters and enjoy a tiki theme.
Putting a spin on things
Try using the blue StingRay ball. When you throw, turn your hand like you’re shaking someone’s hand.
Best balls for throwing straight
As you put your palm out to pick up a ball, look at the attributes of the balls. At the beginning, you have 3, but soon, you’ll have a choice of more. The menus can show you which attributes are your favorites. The Gold Ball has low spin. 16/100 in attributes. Give it a roll!
