If you are using hand tracking: pinch with your index and middle finger to your thumb and then release.
If you are using controllers: Point with your controller at what you would like to select and press the index finger’s trigger button on the front of the controller. To see what you will be selecting, a blue line will extend from your controller. Move the blue line to change what you will be selecting.
